Life Triage
Life Triage helps overwhelmed people get the next doable step without having to think so hard.
It's a judgment engine, not another planner. Its promise is simple: "I've already looked. Do this one."
Who it helps
People with executive-function overload: ADHD, analysis paralysis, brain fog, burnout, or simply too much going on at once. It's for moments when everything feels urgent and deciding where to start is the hardest part.
The problem it solves
Most task and reminder apps hand you a longer list and expect you to sort it. When you're overwhelmed, the sorting is the problem. Life Triage carries that decision for you and offers one small action that fits right now.
What works today
- Dump it — get mental clutter out of your head by typing, talking, or taking a photo of a paper list. Life Triage turns it into tasks you can act on.
- Help me now / Pick for me — chooses one next step for you instead of showing a wall of tasks.
- Make it smaller — shrinks a task into a smaller, visible first action you can actually start.
- Calendar and place context — with your permission, your calendar and rough location help it suggest things that fit your time and where you are.
- Tiny wins — a quiet daily list of small familiar things to cross off, with no streaks or scores.
In development: smart nudges for the native mobile app.
How it's different
Life Triage is built to reduce cognitive load, not to become another productivity dashboard. No streaks, scores, or guilt. After you finish something it tells you that you did enough, instead of pushing the next task. It asks as few questions as possible and uses what it already knows.
See it in action
- Dump it: you type "call dentist, return package at UPS, email landlord, laundry." Life Triage saves everything and turns it into separate tasks.
- Help me now: it picks one, such as "Return the package at UPS," and shows a concrete first step.
- Make it smaller: if that still feels like too much, it shrinks the step to something like "Put the package by the door."
- Done: it says you did enough for this round, instead of pushing more.
Founder
Life Triage was founded by an Army veteran building from lived experience with executive-function overload.
Privacy
Each account is private, with no sharing between users. Calendar and location are used only if you turn them on, and location isn't kept as a history trail. Photos of paper lists are sent to AI to be read, and Life Triage doesn't save the photo. You can delete your items or your whole account at any time.
Access
Life Triage is in private beta. Access is currently limited. It runs in web browsers. A native mobile app is in development.
