One-line description
Life Triage helps overwhelmed people get the next doable step without having to think so hard.
Short description (about 60 words)
Life Triage is an app for moments when everything feels urgent and deciding where to start is the hardest part. Users dump what's on their mind by typing, talking or photographing a paper list. Life Triage then picks one small, fitting next step and can shrink it further. It's built to reduce cognitive load, with no streaks, scores or productivity dashboards.

The problem
Most task and reminder apps hand people a longer list and expect them to sort it. For people with ADHD, executive dysfunction, burnout or task paralysis, the sorting is the problem. Every extra choice adds to the overload that stopped them in the first place.
The approach
Life Triage is a judgment engine, not another planner. Its promise is "I've already looked. Do this one." It uses what it already knows before asking anything, asks at most one short skippable question when a missing fact matters, and stops after a task is done instead of pushing the next one.
What works today
- Dump it: capture by typing, voice, or a photo of a handwritten list, with a review step before anything is used.
- Help me now / Pick for me: one recommended next step instead of a list.
- Make it smaller: shrinks a task into a visible first action.
- Calendar and place context (optional): fits suggestions around Google Calendar events and rough location, and flags appointments too close together to travel between.
- Tiny wins: a quiet daily list of small familiar things to cross off, with no streaks or scores.
In development: the native mobile app and its smart nudges.
Privacy
Each account is private. Calendar and location are used only when the user turns them on, and no location history is kept. Photos of paper lists are sent to AI to be read, and Life Triage doesn't save the photo. Users can delete their items or their whole account.
